Sandlot Champs Letter of the Week! Sandlot Champs

The Sandlot Baseball & Softball Academy philosophy is based on encouraging and rewarding positive behavior for each student in his or her game, on the field, at home and at school. The positive characteristics taught at The Sandlot Baseball & Softball Academy are qualities that help our students succeed in not only being better ball players, but also better participants at home and at school.

On a weekly basis the Sandlot Instructors sponsor a letter of the week. If any one of our players instills a quality for the letter of the week, the student must have his or her parent go online and fill out our Weekly Theme Form. This form must have a description of the quality performed for the week. Sandlot will then place the form on our website.

Example: Theme letter of the week-H
H is for Honor.
If one of our players honors his parents or teachers (shows respect by pulling chair for mom at dinner) during the H week, he or she will fill out the Weekly Theme Form or have a formed filled out and returned to their instructor and the form will be placed on our website. The player will also receive a Champion Character Sticker and other rewards for performing their tasks.
Our goal is to have all of our players

"Learn life through the game of baseball"
